SHIVA’S SIGNATURE SALONS SAFETY MEASURES ANNOUNCEMENT.

Dear Esteemed Patrons,
We are planning to reopen Shiva’s Salons as and when the lockdown is relaxed.
We would like to inform you that when we begin our operations, we would put in place all hygiene practices so that we are able to combat the dangers of the Coronavirus pandemic.
Customer satisfaction has always been our top priority and it will always be our concern.

We would adopt the following measures for health and safety:

Appointments

In order to avoid crowd we would appreciate if everyone could take prior  appointments for all services required.

Temperature Checks

We will check temperature with infrared thermometer for each client before entering our Salon.

To ensure customer and team member safety we will be accepting limited number of appointments per day.

Hygiene Standards

We always maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all our salons and all our tools and equipment are always sterilized before use.

We have discontinued Magazine and Newspaper for collective use.

We would Perform self-assessment of clients through Aarogya Setu app before entering the salon

Single Use kits (SUK)

We have been always using single-use kits for all our services for each client and will continue to do so like  body cape, Nitrile gloves, 3 ply mask, head cover, etc

CHANGES IN SERVICE AREA.

We will be removing half our seating capacity so that each client is at a distance of at least 2 Mtrs away from the other.

We have sanitizers at all work stations.

Payment

You can Pay using different wireless payment methods like PayTM, Google Pay, UPI, or card payments. Card Payments will be collected using 0 Contact.

High contact surface

We will be sanitizing high contact surfaces frequently.

Disposable utensils

As before we will only be using disposable water bottles and utensils.

More Steps

Foot pedal bin will be available in all our salons  to discard your used Personal Protection kit.

Please  follow the floor markings to maintain safe distance from other clients while standing at billing counter.

 Kindly Sanitize your hands and card before and after touching any machine at the desk.

We use the single-use paper cover for the toilet seat.
